TA – Timed Attack. Used in attacking. Players must arrive at the enemy city at the same time

RULES1. Participation in the Alliance1.1 Activity:- All members are required to be active and regularly participate in the alliance’s activities. Minimum activity includes logging in daily and participating in key alliance events.
- If you plan to be absent for an extended period (more than 48 hours), you must inform the leaders and provide information about the expected duration of your absence.
- Every other Sunday, the participant is required to place the shield 4 hours before the start of VW/BF
1.2 Contribution to the Alliance:- Each member should contribute to the development of the alliance, whether it be through technological advancements, supporting allies, or other common tasks.
- Weekly, members must achieve set participation goals in events.
2. Internal Communication2.1 Communication Channels:- All alliance members must be active on all official communication channels (in-game chat, Viber, and other platforms). Regular participation in discussions and informing others of your actions are mandatory.
- All important announcements are made by leaders on official communication channels, and all members must stay informed.
2.2 Code of Conduct:- It is forbidden to insult, demean, or discriminate against other members. All conversations should be constructive and respectful. The following topics are prohibited for discussion in the chat: politics, religion, violence, gender issues.
- Any disputes should be resolved peacefully by contacting R4-R5 leaders. If the issue cannot be resolved directly, initiate a group discussion with arbitrators among the leaders.
3. Participation in Wars and Events3.1 Alliance Wars:- Participation in alliance wars is a priority for all members. Each member should participate in battles if they are online and available.
- During wars, each member must follow strategic instructions, including participating in attacks, defending key objectives, and supporting allies. Independent actions without coordination with leaders are not allowed.
3.2 Alliance Defense:- In the event of an attack on the alliance’s territory, all members are required to provide immediate support, regardless of personal tasks or priorities.
- Members must monitor alliance structures.
3.3 Events and Tournaments:- Participation in alliance events and tournaments (EW/ZU/DOOM/BF/Polar Battle/Blood and Iron War) is mandatory for all active members. The results of these events impact the overall ranking and progress of the alliance.
- Leaders will set goals and tasks for each member during events. Failure to meet goals without valid reasons may result in sanctions.
4. Contributions to Alliance Development:- Each member should contribute to researching new alliance technologies.
5. Strategy and Tactics5.1 Strategic Goals:- The alliance leaders define short-term and long-term strategic goals, including territory expansion, capturing key objectives, and forming alliances.
- All members are required to adhere to and support the chosen strategy. Suggestions for improving the strategy are welcome but should be communicated privately to one of the R4-R5 leaders. Such discussions should not be held in the general alliance chat.
5.2 Coordination and Planning:- Important operations, such as attacks on enemies or defensive measures, should be carefully planned. Each member should receive specific instructions and follow them without deviation.
- In case of unexpected events (e.g., enemy attacks), members must coordinate promptly and act within the framework of the overall plan.
6. Behavior and Ethics6.1 Respect:- Mutual respect is the foundation of a successful alliance. Each member must treat other alliance members with respect, regardless of their rank or contribution.
- Any form of discrimination, bullying, or inappropriate behavior is prohibited.
6.2 Support for New Members:- New members should receive support and assistance from more experienced players. Mentoring and training new members are encouraged and rewarded.
- Newcomers must follow the alliance rules from day one, and special sessions or instructions will be provided for their training if necessary.
6.3 Fair Play:- Each member must adhere to the game rules and act honestly. Using cheats, bots, or other prohibited methods is strictly punished with expulsion from the alliance and notification to the game administration.
- Members are required to report any suspicious activities that may harm the alliance or the reputation of its players.
7. Interaction with Other Alliances7.1 Alliances and Diplomacy:- Interaction with other alliances should be based on mutual respect and the interests of our alliance. All negotiations and alliance agreements must be approved by the leaders. Diplomatic matters are handled exclusively by designated R4-R5 officials.
- Members are prohibited from independently making decisions about forming alliances or declaring war on other alliances without leadership approval.
7.2 Buying and Trading:- Buying and trading resources and cities with other alliances are allowed but must be conducted according to established rules. All transactions must be transparent and approved by the leaders.
- Selling or transferring your cities without notifying the leader is prohibited, as it may harm our alliance or put it at a disadvantage.
7.3 Conflicts with Other Alliances:- In the event of a conflict with another alliance, all actions must be coordinated with the leaders. It is unacceptable to independently initiate hostile actions that could escalate the conflict.
- Any actions to resolve conflicts should focus on minimizing losses and protecting the alliance's interests.
8. Internal Conflict Resolution8.1 Internal Disputes:- Disputes between members should be resolved within the alliance. Discussing problems on external platforms is prohibited.
- If a conflict cannot be resolved directly, members may seek mediation from leaders.
8.2 Penalties for Violations:- Violations of alliance rules are subject to penalties ranging from warnings and demotion to expulsion from the alliance. All decisions regarding penalties are made based on discussions and voting by R4-R5 leaders.
- In cases of severe violations (e.g., betrayal of the alliance), immediate expulsion without the right to appeal is provided.
9. Rule Compliance and Changes9.1 Familiarization with Rules:- Each member is required to familiarize themselves with the alliance rules and confirm their agreement. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt one from responsibility for their violation.
- Members must regularly check for updates and changes to the rules. New rules take effect from the moment they are published on official communication channels.
9.2 Rule Updates:- Alliance leaders have the right to amend the rules based on the current situation in the game. All changes will be communicated to members, who are required to follow the updated rules.
9.3 Support of Rules:- All members are obligated to support and promote adherence to the rules within the alliance. In the event of a rule violation by another member, each member must report it to the leaders or those responsible for rule enforcement.
10. Roles and Responsibilities in the Alliance10.1 Alliance Leaders:- Leaders are responsible for strategic direction, making important decisions, and coordinating the actions of all members.
- Leaders should set an example for all members, adhere to the rules, and actively participate in the alliance’s activities.
- Leaders hold regular meetings to discuss current tasks and long-term goals, as well as to assign roles and responsibilities among members.
10.2 Officers and Their Roles:- Officers are appointed to handle specific areas: military coordination, diplomacy, and training.
- Officers must oversee the completion of their tasks and report progress and potential issues to the leaders.
10.3 Regular Members:- Each regular member is required to follow the instructions of leaders and officers, actively participate in alliance activities, and contribute to achieving common goals.
- Regular members may propose ideas and initiatives for consideration and implementation by the alliance leadership.
10.4 Training and Mentorship:- Experienced members are expected to assist newcomers, teach them the basics of the game, and the internal rules of the alliance. Mentorship is a crucial part of the alliance and contributes to its strengthening.
- Leaders may appoint special mentors for less experienced members to expedite their adaptation and improve effectiveness.
11. Expulsion from the Alliance11.1 Grounds for Expulsion:- Violations of fundamental alliance rules, such as disrespectful behavior, failure to fulfill duties, or use of prohibited gameplay methods, will lead to expulsion.
- Inactivity without prior notice, especially during critical moments, may also result in expulsion.
11.2 Expulsion Procedure:- Expulsion of a member is carried out based on the decision of the leaders after discussing the situation and reviewing all evidence.
- The member is given the opportunity to state their position before a final decision is made. However, in cases of serious violations, the decision may be made immediately.
11.3 Appealing the Decision:- In the event of expulsion, the member has the right to file an appeal, which will be reviewed by the alliance leaders. It is important to present convincing arguments and evidence of innocence.
- Leaders are obligated to review the appeal promptly and make a final decision.
12. Farms12.1 Members may have an unlimited number of farms.12.2 Farms may only have troops (wars and zombies) up to T4.12.3 Attacking farms of other alliances is allowed if they violate rule 1051, but under the following conditions:- Only one attack per day on farms is allowed.
- Attacks may only be conducted under the guidance of R4-R5.
- Independent attacks are prohibited; only attacks via bus or TA are permitted.
- Attacks are allowed even if the violator's farm has one T5 zombie.
- Always retain a scout report that provides evidence of T5 troops.
12.4 Prioritize clearing your own alliance’s farms before clearing those of other alliances.13. Final Provisions13.1 Mandatory Compliance:- These rules are mandatory for all alliance members. Any attempts to circumvent or violate them will be considered actions against the interests of the alliance.
- Each member agrees to the rules upon joining the alliance and is obligated to follow them throughout their participation.
13.2 Acceptance of New Members:- New members are accepted based on the recommendation of current members or after approval by leaders. Before joining, a newcomer must familiarize themselves with the rules and confirm their agreement.
- Leaders may conduct a probationary period for new members during which their activity, adherence to rules, and contribution to the alliance’s development are assessed.
13.3 Support and Development of the Alliance:- All members should strive to develop and strengthen the alliance. This includes attracting new members, participating in strategic discussions, and maintaining good relations with other alliances.
- Members must care for the alliance’s reputation and avoid actions that could damage its image or position in the game.
13.4 Rule Amendments:- If necessary, leaders may make changes or additions to the rules. Updated rules take effect immediately upon publication, and all members are required to adhere to them.
